10 years ago, in .Dubai the Private Investment Forum Worldwide was held. Large investors and heads of single-family offices, who deeply care about mankind and making the world a better place, gathered there. They conversed and exchanged ideas for 3 days, and, as the result of their thoughtful resolution, several of the most active and respected investors decided on the need to create an exclusive place for direct communication of investment leaders. Therefore, by the initiative of the group of large investors, it was decided to use the Global Investment Leaders Club format for conducting regular face-to-face investors meetings. During international meetings the formats and rules for investors participation in the Club meetings were formed and agreed upon. The Club has become a safe and neutral business place not lobbying any interests of investment or financial groups.
After the original gathering at the Private Investment Forum Worldwide more than 10 major physical Club’s gatherings and more than 200 virtual events took place.
Thanks to the active participation and cordial support of good and successful heads of the single-family offices it was possible to create unique meeting format that gives all participants a sense of unity, understanding, mutual support and brings effective solutions to all their tasks.
Participants of the Club have developed and agreed upon the main conditions for work, about being a club member, participation in the events, goals and direction of the club at the common gathering. These conditions were stated in the memorandum of the club.
According to the traditions of the club it was decided that only care about the well-being of its members, common sense and care about the future of mankind can be the mainstream of the work of the club. It was decided that narrow agendas of economic, political and other groups cannot be the leading force for the development of directions of the club.

Memorandum G.I.L.C.
[Global Investment Leaders Club]
Knowing that mankind is going through a difficult stage of its development and that the favorable and good future of mankind begins today;
Convinced that investment leaders are specifically honored to be an important part that determines the future well-being of the mankind;
Being strongly aware that even small resources that are at the disposal of investment leaders, when combined together, become an indestructible power that determines the happy future of mankind;
Knowing that the consolidation of attention, beliefs, willpowers, goals and resources of the investment leaders is the direct and best path to everyone’s prosperity and wellbeing;
Taking into attention that men and women, G.I.L.C. members, have come together over the years to build common traditions; supporting each other in the spirit of brotherhood and mutual support; backing the values, goals and traditions of the club with their words and deeds;
Leaders of the club wrote the current memorandum for all who considers it as important:
A.G.I.L.C. – is a club of men and women on the soil with the aims of:
⁃ mutual support and help between the G.I.L.C. members;
⁃ shared care about the wellbeing of mankind.
B. Men and women who posses the qualities of leaders, investment resources, who share the goals and values of the G.I.L.C., respect this memorandum and honor the G.I.L.C. traditions are named G.I.L.C. members.
C. G.I.L.C. holds open-door and closed-door club gatherings. The gatherings are held on Thursdays each third week of the month (with the exceptions on rare occasions).
Open-door club gatherings can take place in the format of a summit, co-investing atrium, forum or other form suitable for such gatherings.
Visitors that are not G.I.L.C. members can take part in the open-door club gatherings. Company founders, investors, investment project owners, fund managers, as well as other attendees and participants can attend open-door club gatherings as visitors.
Closed-door club gatherings may take place in the format of a parlor, congress or other form suitable for such gatherings.
Leaders of the club, G.I.L.C. members, G.I.L.C. residents and congressmen and congresswomen of the league of 100 can take part in the closed-door club gatherings.
D. One hundred of the most remarkable men and women, G.I.L.C. members, who are ready and capable of building relations with each other in the spirit of mutual support, and seeing as their common goals investing in the prosperous and good future of all mankind, form the league of 100.
G.I.L.C. members can be invited to the league of 100 by the club leaders and current members of the league of 100.
One can become a member of the league after completing all conditions of being a member and receiving a minimum of 10 (ten) positive recommendations from the current league members or club club leaders.
E. The direction of the development, goals and tasks of the league of 100 are defined and set by the congress of the league which comprises 7 people.
Congress of the league of 100 forms on the following principle:
⁃ 2 people are chosen from the club leaders;
⁃ 4 people are chosen from the most remarkable members of the league of 100 who have been members for over 3 years;
⁃ 1 man or 1 woman who made the most significant contributions to the support and development of the G.I.L.C. during the previous year;
F. Congress of the league of 100 assembles twice per year.
The great congress of the league of 100 takes place on the day of the vernal equinox or autumn equinox. It is aimed at discussing and accepting programs of development for the next year, as well as initiating new members to the league of 100 and choosing the judges for the G.I.L.C. honor committee.
The congress of honor of the league of 100 takes place at the day of summer or winter solstice. It aims at discussing preliminary results, granting marks of excellence for the most remarkable achievements, initiating new members to the league of 100 and correcting the development program for the current year.
G. Marks of excellence are bestowed for the most remarkable contributions in the development of the league of 100 by the decision of the congress of the league of 100 and the G.I.L.C. leaders.
G.I.L.C. Medal of honor – for outstanding contributions in the development and strengthening of the G.I.L.C. League of 100.
G.I.L.C. Medal of camaraderie – for outstanding contributions in the support and strengthening of the G.I.L.C. League of 100.
G.I.L.C. Medal of loyalty – for the significant contribution to the support and development of the G.I.L.C..
H. If the terms of the gathering do not stipulate special conditions and format then all club speech-makers of G.I.L.C. gatherings must adhere to the following traditions:
– all club speech-makers speak in turns determined by a meeting leader or in a counterclockwise circle;
– all club speech-makers express their opinions only on the topic of discussion;
– negative or undermining statements, assessments and criticisms regarding the opinions of other club speech-makers are not allowed;
– all opinions of club speech-makers are important and therefore club speech-makers do not miss their turn to speak at a club gathering;
– club speech-makers shall maintain a respectful, polite and patient attitude towards other club speech-makers during club gatherings.
I. G.I.L.C. members take on the obligations to:
⁃ honor and strengthen the G.I.L.C. traditions;
⁃ follow the current constitution;
⁃ communicate with other G.I.L.C. members in a friendly, respectful and polite manner;
⁃ support other club members whenever possible;
⁃ strengthen and promote the positive reputation of the G.I.L.C. among members of the G.I.L.C. and also among the external public;
⁃ maintain the confidentiality of information received within G.I.L.C. gatherings;
⁃ support the G.I.L.C. by any possible means and contribute to the implementation of its mission, goals and objectives.
